When will you ship my order after I order it?
Before your order is shipped, Royal Amirah has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: All normal product will need 5-8 business days to process.

Shipping Time: Delivery generally takes 8-14 business days, But this is depending on your region.
Please note: Orders are not shipped on the weekend and delivery times do not include weekends, holidays or order/product handling times. For urgent orders that If you need to receive at the appointed time, please contact us through info@royalamirah.com.
How to track your order?
1. You can log in to our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
2. If the order was placed without signing in, you can contact our customer service to check your order status.
3. Once your order is finished and shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. If you have any question for your order, please contact us through info@royalamirah.com.
- Free Express Worldwide Shipping: We cover the cost of aramex express shipping for all orders.

Customs & Duties (Important for Middle East Customers):
- UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait: We strive to ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) channels whenever possible, meaning you pay no extra fees upon delivery.
- Other Regions: While we handle all export documentation, please note that some countries may levy import duties. If you are unsure about your local customs rates, please contact our support team before ordering, and we will do our best to advise you.
- Unlike fast fashion brands, we take responsibility for ensuring your package clears customs smoothly.
How is Sales Tax Applied?
Sales tax is included in the prices shown. And we will not charge additional tax.
We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely.
Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional duties, brokerage or custom fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. Royal Amirah has no control over customs fees or delays. You may contact your local customs office to determine customs costs.
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

- Stage 2 (Shipping): Once handed to DHL/FedEx, you will receive a formal tracking link.
